BIO* 115 Human Biology Credits: 4
A study of anatomy and physiology of the human being at all levels of organization from the molecular through the organ system. Themes include the study of unifying principles by which the human organism maintains homeostasis and the consequences of pathology. Special emphasis will be given to pathological conditions which affect individual organ systems and the body as a whole. Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week. Prerequisite: Basic Skills Assessment placement at ENG* 101 level TAP Competency: Scientific Reasoning
