IS 115 Investigations in STEM Careers

Credits: 1-3

This course is designed to assist students in exploring careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). Students will become more familiar with the expectations of higher education in these areas and the specific skills and aptitudes critical to success in these fields. The course activites are designed to provide experiential learning in STEM and increase scientific literacy. Students may also have the opportunity to visit related industries and/or laboratories.
